I hate my course layout!!!!

I hate my course layout!!!!
Yes it’s a love hate relationship with my course although I think the love would have never happened if I’d cared to read the coursework briefs just a month before they’re due. A little summary would maybe go a long way to explaining my predicament:
10,000 word question and answer paper.
5,000 word essay on the role of distributed systems in society (there’s about 3 systems)
3,000 word interim report on my individual project
So a total of 18,000 words before the 15th of December. I’m screwed
Considering I haven’t written an essay in 3 years let alone a fully referenced one on a subject I know nothing about its not my idea of fun. Plus 10,000 words is just about dissertation length and your expected to work on that all year not just 2 weeks. Balls.
To top it all off I am also at that annoying time of year where I need to update my mobile contract. It’s currently a toss up between 2 phones and 4 networks. I’m thinking of getting a Nokia E61 or the Sony W950i. The Nokia has wi-fi but the Sony looks nicer and is smaller. I think the e61 wins. So then it’s a choice of network and seeing as orange doesn’t do it I’m going with either Vodafone, T-mobile or since I’m already with them. Three. They’re all basically the same but T-mobile offers internet as well as everything else for about the same price. If it wasn’t for the fact t-mobile have a dodgy reputation I think I’d have made my mind up but it also depends on what three offer me to keep me as their customer. As long as I get 400 x-net min + texts I don’t really care.
Typing this I’m just on my into Sheffield for lamberts b’day so I hope I’m still alive after to post it. Staying in a fancy hotel instead of sluming it on a floor so hopefully I will be semi-ok tomorrow.
