Long time no update.

Long time no update.
Ohh its been a while since a real update. Not much has happened that would make headlines however I have had a few random things happen so I’ll attempt to write a few words.
Anyway Uni is nearly over for the year and I’m looking forward to going home to my mum and dad. Most of all I’m looking forward to seeing the guys again. It’s been a really weird semester really as I haven’t hardly spoken to any of them like I did last year and I’m looking forward to catching up. Not only that but I’ve been practicing my poker skills and hope to win something when I go back. This wont be true for Pro Evo as I still haven’t even purchased 5 and I haven’t played it since I was back in Nott’s. On that front I expect to receive a true bashing till I pick up some semi skills again.
While at uni (just like at home,) I have been cycling absolutely everywhere. As mentioned in other blogs I have a new bike which is f00kin fast and very sexy so I’ve been upgrading that with most of my spare cash. I even put a new set of road tyres on it so I can cruise at about 20mph. Anyway I’m determined to bring my bike back home over crimbo, however it’s proving quite tricky as I have to get a train back. This combined with the fact I need to bring loads of other stuff back to Nott’s is creating quite a headache. I’m sure it’ll get sorted anyway.
Last week was the mental coursework week. Everybody has them while at Uni. Basically you’ve left coursework till last minute then realise the clever lecturers have arranged them all to be handed in on the same day. The result. A mental week with no sleep. You may notice the shouts on the tag board as a testament to the early hours I was up to writing random stuff on software analysis. Thankfully I managed to pull off a miracle and delivered 2 cracking pieces of coursework that will hopefully get me half decent marks if not good ones.
At the end of the week I decided I had to have a bit of a relax (seeing as I’d had about 9 hours sleep in 4 days). The result was a gig at the academy to see the Levellers.
Its was the best gig ever. I was on the rail the entire gig and danced my ass off. They were just as good live as on the albums and I swear they answered my calling as they even played Sell Out which is my fav track of all time. Got a shitty camera phone photo here. Also worth mentioning that Seth Lakeman the support act was absolutely awesome live but the album was a bit of a disappointment as it didn’t have the same sound.
We have also been busy making the house look more student. Toachieve that effect we have made a cool shape out of bottle caps on the wall and also not cleaned in a while. Another crappy photo here. The latter being more out of lazyness than anything else.
I have also been busy sourcing a new pc to replace the current media one. Basically its unable to really cope with streaming media from the network and even from a dvd drive. To that effect I have purchased a celly 2.53ghz and 512mb of ram along with a new mobo and graphics card and coming shortly I also hope to have a new case. I will put some photos up when I have them.
